What sizes are available for capR?

capR is currently available in the following sizes: 30x60, 31.5x60, and 31.5x50.

Can side printing go over the cut line, and will it affect the appearance?

Yes, side printing can go over the cut line without affecting the appearance of the print, as the cut line is located on the inside of the cap.

Are there restrictions on the type of print design that can be used?

There are no restrictions on print designs; you can use various designs, including multi-color and full photographic prints.

Is it possible to apply foiling to capR?

Yes, you can apply foiling to both the top and sides of the cap.

Can you incorporate embossed features on capR?

Yes, top embossing is available as an option for capR

Is there a different lead time for capR compared to other closures?

The lead time for capR is standard and does not differ from other closures.

Will there be a distinct item code for capR for easy ordering identification?

Yes, a unique code will be assigned to capR for easy differentiation.

Can the same liners be used with capR?

Yes, all liners can be inserted into capR.

Will existing machinery need modifications for production? Can same capping heads be used?

No additional setup or changes to bottling lines and capping heads are required for capR production.

Is it possible for consumers to face potential harm when removing the closure.

Following comprehensive trials and customer feedback, the capR process has shown to be safe and easy to remove.

How could customers be informed about the removable feature of capR?

In several ways, including neck-tags, back bottle labels, tombstone details, printed capR symbol and optional scallop design on the base of the cap.

What happens if the aluminium sleeve on capR is not removed?

There is no impact if the aluminum sleeve is not removed, as capR closure is designed to function the same as any standard closure even with the sleeve intact.
